The Shankarpasha Shahi Masjid, also known as the Uchail mosque, is a compact but graceful brick mosque from the Bengal Sultanate period in Rajiura union of Habiganj Sadar. Its inscription links the building to the reign of Sultan Alauddin Husain Shah in the early 16th century, making it one of the oldest standing structures in greater Sylhet.

Thick walls, curved cornices and finely laid brickwork are typical of Sultanate architecture, and the mosque is protected by the Department of Archaeology while still being used for prayers. The surrounding countryside of paddy fields and village ponds is quietly pretty, and the trip makes a calm half-day excursion from Habiganj town.
